Leasing a Horse...
When the time has come to consider your own horse, we recommend leasing one first for 3 months to a year. This transitional stage is a great introduction to the commitment and responsibility - financially, physically and timely – that is involved in owning a horse or pony.
Cost to part - lease one of our school horses is $400.00 per month.
Note: horses are ONLY leased at our property!!
This includes....
The horse/pony; All tack, rugs etc; full agistment including feeding, daily care etc & use of the horse for a maximum of 3 days per week.
Access to horse is arranged according to requirements. Horses are used in our riding school but these times are adjusted to accommodate the leasee.
They can be made available Sundays for competition & Pony Club if arranged in advance.

Quiet easy to manage STB Gelding. Around 15.2hh. Due to owners study commitments , we are seeking someone to part lease this horse for a maximum of 3 days per week.
He would suit someone looking to enjoy pleasure/light riding during the week.
He will only be part leased at our equestrian centre. He will not be available to ride on Saturdays as he is used for riding lessons.
Jay-Dee:
16.3hh mature Tb Gelding. Due to owners work commitments, we are seeking someone who would like to part lease this sweet natured gentleman for up to 3 days per week on weekdays. He suits most riders, having been ridden by beginners through to intermediate rders. He has been used in the riding school & is an absolute gentleman. He will not be available to ride on weekends.

PURCHASING A HORSE....
When the time comes for you to purchase your first (or second or third) horse, we can provide you with assistance in assessing the horse's suitability, arranging trials and pre-purchase examinations. We can then agist the horse for you and help you whilst you become accustomed to your new friend.
Having your own horse can be daunting, especially joining the local Pony Club or riding club. CEC has experience in doing this, and a large network of friends to introduce you to. We can also make sure you are fitted out with all the necessary equipment, both for you and your horse.
